VP44 High Performance Delivery Valves

VP44 delivery valves modified for more flow. On a bone stock 1999 Ram 2500 Cummins we picked up 85hp and 237ftlbs of torque at the wheels, same truck, same dyno, same day, no BS. Drivability is improved with all the extra torque, no tuning is required.

• On most trucks the idle starts to chop when warmed up in neutral, it sounds pretty cool if you’re into that. Doesn’t chop when in gear so it's not jerky at a stop. Plenty of guys running them on manual transmission trucks, the chop clears up as the clutch starts to bite.
• Larger lines and feed tubes increase the effect these have on idle quality, I don't recommend anything larger than 0.084" injection lines and feed tubes on ANY VP44 equipped truck. 
• The billet stainless type VP44 delivery valves available elsewhere that use VE internals were tested prior to release and found to be down by 7hp and 15ftlbs compared to modified stocks. The added dead volume has a negative effect on line hydraulics similar to oversized injection lines and feed tubes.
• If your idle speed increases after install you likely have some leaky injectors or low pop pressure, pop testing is available but I don't service injectors currently.

• Works with SO, HO, Hot Rod, and Scheid Lightning Stage 1 pumps.
• Scheid Lightning Stage 2 and Monster Pumps seem to have a similar modification already. 
• When sending yours in there is a 2 week lead time maximum before they will be modified and returned.
• If you select the option for new cores you will receive a brand new modified set, same 2 week lead time applies. 

These have been tested on different trucks and in a variety of different conditions including local driving, road trips, towing, cold starting and winter driving at -15°F ambient. Every set gets cleaned, modified, inspected, and leak tested. $250 per set of 6 with a $300 core charge. $500 for a brand new set of modified genuine Bosch delivery valves.
